BOTTOM LINE: No - I would not recommend this to a friend
Not worth the price

Piece is cute but the quality just isn’t there for the price. The skirt fits pretty small (I’m normally an 8-10/29-30 pant size and I ordered a large), definitely doesn’t sit low/mid rise on me.
