Shipping

Shipments are sent via USPS mail from San Francisco, CA. Orders placed Monday through Friday by 3:00 PM PST (excluding holiday) are shipped same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST or holidays are shipped the next business day. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday (excluding holidays). A shipment confirmation will be sent to you (with a tracking number, if applicable).

For international orders, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your order depending on the country in which you reside. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. You may contact your customs office for additional information.

Returns

We are so excited you found Lisa Says Gah! We understand that sometimes things don't always work out. Please read our return policy below. New policy effective on orders starting 1/16/17.

Return Policy

Shoes, Clothing, Accessories

Returns will be accepted for unworn items purchased at Lisa Says Gah within 14 days of receipt by the customer for a refund to original form of payment. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed with original tags and packaging intact. Shoes must be unworn and returned in their original, undamaged shoe box.

Sale Items, Underwear, Beauty and Vintage

All sales are final and no returns will be accepted on sale items of 30% off or greater, all underwear, beauty products and vintage.

Swim Wear

Swim returns will not be accepted if hygiene strip is missing or if item is on sale for 30% off or greater.

 

How to process a return

Fill out and submit a returns form to request a pre-paid USPS return shipping label. The label will be emailed to the same email address used to place the order within 24 hours of request.

A return shipping fee of $10, as well as the initial shipping costs, will be deducted from the refund.

Include your order number or original packing slip in your return. Allow up to 3 business days for the refund to be processed after the return is received. A notification email will be sent to the email used to place the order after the return is processed.

 

International Returns

Lisa Says Gah is unable to email return labels outside of the United States. For international returns, chose a shipping method of your choice that provides trackable and insured service, as Lisa Says Gah is not responsible for lost returns. Charges for international return shipping will not be reimbursed.

Please note returns must be received within 14 days of order receipt to the address listed below. Initial shipping costs will be deducted in the refund.
