Our muse of the week is the NYC-based writer, macrobiotic chef and counselor, Gwen Burton. Gwen’s education on food and holistic health unfolded at the Kushi Institute in Becket, MA, the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC and over her 5+ years of dedicated macrobiotic practice. A champion of healthy home cooking, Gwen is now the creator and publisher of Brown Rice Magazine, making holistic food appealing and relevant for the modern person!
