Shipments are sent via USPS mail from San Francisco, CA. Orders placed Monday through Friday by 4:00 PM PST (excluding holiday) are shipped same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM PST or holidays are shipped the next business day. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday (excluding holidays). A shipment confirmation will be sent to you (with a tracking number, if applicable).

We accept returns on unworn goods within 14 days of receiving your order for store credit or exchange only. We are currently a small business and as we grow we hope to revisit this policy with more flexibility. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed with original tags and packaging intact. Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box. All sales are final on sale items and underwear. Swim returns will not be accepted if hygiene strip is missing. For all other items, sales are final after 14 days of receipt of your order.
How to process a return
Returns should be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Ship using any method of your choice, at your expense. We require a trackable service as Lisa Says Gah is not responsible for lost returns. Please make sure to include your order number or original packing slip in your return. Email email@example.com for the return address. We will process your return as quickly as possible, however, please allow up to 3 business days for a store credit code. A notification email will be sent after the return is processed. Please note that shipping costs are not refunded or included in store credit off original order.
