I love my little rat charm, I don't think that part's cheap. However would it kill them to add a few more inches of cord? The necklace fits because of the chain extender but the cord part is so short, I can't imagine someone over the age of 10 having the cord completely surround their neck. Maybe it's not meant to, I don't know. I still like the necklace because I love the rat charm, so I would recommend.

i love the idea of this necklace, my boyfriend and i call each other rat instead of a typical pet name so he got this for me, but the box is better quality than the necklace itself. the ribbon, clasp and charm all feel extremely light and very fragile. i’ll still wear it as planned but just wish it was more sturdy for the price.

This is the perfect little necklace to not only add a little color but also add a nice subtle hint of personality to your outfit. I LOVE it! Every time I wear it I get compliments!
